AC C This study measured glans width in 490 boys undergoing hypospadias repair to analyze if small glans size is an independent risk factor for urethroplasty complications. Glans width was measured intraoperatively and complications were assessed. Multivariate analysis found small glans size (<14mm), reoperations, and mid/proximal meatus were independent risk factors for complications. Each 1mm increase in glans size decreased odds of complications, suggesting small glans size is an independent risk factor
