This case report describes a rare case of craniopharyngioma presenting with hypopituitary hypogonadism in a 15-year old girl. She presented with primary amenorrhea and stunted growth. Imaging revealed a large suprasellar mass, and she was found to have multiple hormonal deficiencies. She underwent surgery but unfortunately died postoperatively from septic shock.
