What is Data Structure Overview Document about?

The document describes a level 0 data flow diagram (DFD) for image compression using discrete cosine transform (DCT). It shows uncompressed images as input, DCT image compression technique being applied, and compressed images as output. A level 1 DFD then breaks down the process into taking an uncompressed image as input, applying cosine transform to divide it into blocks and drop higher power terms, and outputting a compressed image.
