What is Revised Remuneration for Retired NVS Staff about?

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has revised the monthly remuneration for retired employees engaged on a contract basis, effective from the date of the letter. For those retired under CCS (Pensions) Rules 1972, the remuneration will be the last basic pay drawn minus pension, while those under NPS and CPF Scheme will receive 70% of the last basic pay. Fixed transport allowance and TA/DA on official tours will also be provided, but no increments or additional allowances will be granted during the contract period
