About this document

Cholesterol Levels and Risk of Hemorrhagic Transformation After Acute Ischemic Stroke by Mirza Risqa is a document available to read on EtoBox.

The association between cholesterol levels and hemorrhagic transformation (HT) is still controversial. Our study confirms that lower TC and lower LDLC levels are associated with an increased risk of HT. As none of our patients received thrombolytic therapy, the results of our study provide baseline information about the natural history of HT.
