What is Enhancing Resilience in Teachers via PERMA about?

This study investigates the impact of PERMA model-based positive psychology interventions on enhancing self-compassion and resilience among pre-service teachers at Alagappa University. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design with 20 participants, results indicated significant improvements in both self-compassion and resilience following the interventions. The findings suggest that positive psychology strategies can effectively enhance these psychological constructs in educational settings.
