This study analyzed heavy metal pollution in the Opa Reservoir in Nigeria using two fish species. Water and tissue samples from the reservoir and fish were tested for levels of lead, nickel, mercury, cadmium and selenium. Nickel and selenium levels were highest in the fillet of one fish species.
