About this document
Aerobic vs Anaerobic Respiration Explained by alishairabbasi69 is a document available to read on EtoBox.
Organisms obtain energy through cellular respiration which uses oxygen to break down glucose, releasing energy stored in ATP. There are two types of respiration - aerobic respiration requires oxygen and fully breaks down glucose, releasing more energy. Anaerobic respiration does not require oxygen and incompletely breaks down glucose, releasing less energy. Experiments can demonstrate the production of carbon dioxide and heat through respiration in living seeds but not dead seeds.
