Petrobras has agreed to adjustments to the terms of the contract for the sale of its entire interest in the Baúna oil field to Karoon Petróleo & Gás Ltda. The adjustments include extending the deadline for meeting deal conditions and paying the $665 million purchase price in two installments - $380 million including $150 million at closing, and $285 million by 2026.
