This case report describes a 45-year-old woman who presented with difficult to control hypertension and was found to have hypercalcemia due to hyperparathyroidism. Treatment of her hypercalcemia through fluids, medication, and parathyroidectomy initially improved her calcium levels and lowered her blood pressure.
