The Chief Election Commissioner of India, Sunil Arora, will deliver a message to Indian voters that will be broadcast on All India Radio on April 10th at 8:30pm on Rajdhani and FM Rainbow channels, and on April 11th at 7:05am on FM Gold. The April 10th broadcast will be supported by RN DLC-12 and the April 11th broadcast will be supported by RN DLC-5 to allow relay by all AIR stations.
