What is Debna River about?

The Debna River is a small, seasonal, meandering river located in the Nabiganj Upazila of Habiganj District, Sylhet Division, with a length of 11 km and an average width of 32 m. It has a non-saline environment, no tributaries, and does not experience tidal effects or bank overtopping during medium floods. The catchment area of the river is 23 km² and it is not classified as an ecologically critical area by the Department of Environment.
