What is Pizarro about?

The Supreme Court ruled that it has jurisdiction over administrative complaints against judges and justices. An anonymous letter accused Associate Justice Normandie B. Pizarro of gambling in casinos, selling decisions, and having an illicit relationship. While Pizarro admitted to gambling, the other accusations lacked evidence. The Court dismissed the unsubstantiated claims but found Pizarro guilty of conduct unbecoming a judge for gambling, in violation of rules, and fined him 100,000 pesos.
