What is Australian Primary School Nutrition Education about?

This study explores food and nutrition (FN) education practices in Australian primary schools, revealing that while teachers recognize its importance, core subjects like English and Maths often take precedence. The majority of teachers incorporate FN into various subjects, yet face barriers such as inadequate funding and resources. Ongoing recruitment for the study aims to inform future resource development and policy to enhance FN education delivery.
