The SRFET AOL1712 is an N-channel enhancement mode field effect transistor that uses advanced trench technology with an integrated Schottky diode. It provides excellent on-resistance below 4.2mΩ at 10V gate voltage and below 5.5mΩ at 4.5V gate voltage.
