This retrospective cohort study evaluates the clinical and functional outcomes of dual plating in bicondylar tibial plateau fractures at RKDF Medical College, Bhopal, from August 2024 to March 2025. The study included 20 skeletally mature patients with Schatzker type V or VI fractures, showing excellent clinical results in 85% of cases and 80% achieving excellent functional outcomes. The findings support dual plating as a reliable method for restoring knee joint function and promoting early mobilization.
