What is Production Neighbourhood Development Plan about?

The document describes a production neighborhood design with the following key elements: 1. An interconnecting core is proposed to join production and office spaces while filtering out negative effects of production like dust, fumes, and noise. 2. The core acts as a passive heat storage and thermal updraft, helping to reduce the urban heat island effect. 3. The design allows the neighborhood to grow through independent and connectable development phases over time as company needs change.
