About this document
Synoptic Analysis of Storms in Bangladesh by MIZANUR RAHMAN is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the synoptic situations of severe local convective storms (SLCS) during the pre-monsoon season in Bangladesh by comparing meteorological fields on severe storm days (SLCSD) with non-severe days (NSLCSD). The findings indicate enhanced moisture inflow and higher temperatures on SLCSD, contributing to significant atmospheric instability conducive to SLCS. The research aims to improve understanding and forecasting of SLCS in Bangladesh by analyzing these synoptic conditions.
