This study investigates the crystal transformation kinetics of Fe-doped TiO2 using in situ high-temperature X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that Fe doping increases the phase transition temperature from anatase to rutile and accelerates the transformation process, aligning with the Johnson−Mehl−Avrami−Kohnogorov kinetic model.
