About this document

Fluorescent Probes for Allantoin Detection by Huỳnh Đặng is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This document describes research into developing a simple and selective fluorescent probe method for determining the concentration of allantoin. Carbon dots synthesized from citric acid and urea using microwave-assisted irradiation were found to selectively detect allantoin. The carbon dots produced a fluorescence emission peak at 438.0 nm when excited at 370.0 nm. Under optimized conditions, the method achieved detection limits of 0.30 mg L-1 and a detection range of 1.0-100.0 mg L-1. The application of th
