This study examined reasons for dropping out of school among 6th grade students in Barong Elementary School in the Philippines. Through surveys and interviews of students who dropped out, the main reasons identified were: (a) school being too far from home, (b) lack of money for school needs, (c) too many assignments, and (d) not liking teachers. The study aims to help educators understand reasons for dropping out and create more supportive learning environments to reduce dropout rates.
