This study evaluated the efficacy of PRP injection and lipofilling or local ultrasound in treating digital ulcers in patients with systemic sclerosis. 28 patients received iloprost and were divided into two groups - one received PRP and lipofilling, the other received ultrasound treatment. Clinical evaluations found improvements in skin, microvasculature, quality of life and mobility after treatment.
