Tapflo pumps are flexible and can be installed in several ways: 1) Flooded installation where the piping system has a positive suction head. 2) Self-priming installation where the pump is able to pull a vacuum and evacuate an empty suction pipe from up to 5 meters without damage. 3) Submerged installation where the pump can be fully submerged in liquid as long as components in contact are chemically compatible and air exhaust is led outside.
