About this document

VCR System Performance with Vortex Tube by harish is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study investigates the performance enhancement of a vapor compression refrigeration (VCR) system using vortex tube cooling under various load conditions. The experiments revealed that the coefficient of performance (COP) could be improved by 5.16% with a corresponding reduction in average power usage by approximately 4.36%. The findings suggest that optimal efficiency occurs at a cold mass fraction of 25% and a load of 100%, providing guidelines for improving VCR system operations.
