The Abhorrent Piper is a small, neutral evil fey creature that can charm animals and control up to 30 creatures of CR 5 or less with its flute playing. It was originally created by a fey deity to be talented woodworkers and musicians, but attempted a coup against archfey with magically compelled armies. As punishment, their music was limited to charming animals and they were cursed to wear their shadows. Now outcasts, Abhorrent Pipers resort to trickery to find solace in their miserable existence.
