What is Total Bimbo about?

As a member of the ethics board, Judy thinks it's her job to monitor how the professors teach and conduct their research. In particular, she worries about sexism and antifeminist behavior, even when these teachers are just trying to do their jobs. Then she comes upon Dr. Simon Stark.
