What is Thesis Request for Envirocycle Plaza about?

Two 5th year architecture students, Mary Lyn O. Casanova and Trisha Ann F. Narvasa, wrote to the City of Trece Martires Planning Head Department requesting permission to use a site location as a reference for their thesis project entitled "Proposed Envirocycle Plaza and Integrated Waste Management Facility". They explained that they need the site location copy to conduct their thesis writing for their Major Subject Architectural Design 9. They thanked the department for their favorable response.
