This study reviewed 107 spinal surgery cases performed over two years at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital in Karachi, Pakistan to analyze the incidence, treatment methods, and outcomes of unintentional dural tears (durotomies). Of the 107 cases, 8 (7%) experienced an unintentional durotomy during surgery. All 8 tears were repaired during the operation.
