This case report describes a rare case of phosphaturic mesenchymal tumor (PMT) in a 26-year-old male who presented with multiple joint pain and inability to walk. Laboratory tests found hypophosphatemia and elevated alkaline phosphatase. Imaging including PET-CT revealed a lesion in the right lower limb producing fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF-23), causing tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO).
