This document describes a study that synthesized Ca3Co4O9 ceramic powders using a polymerized complex method and consolidated them using hydrothermal hot pressing. The powders produced via the polymerized complex method were fine and flaky. Density of the sintered compacts increased with higher temperature and pressure during hydrothermal hot pressing.
