This case report discusses the successful treatment of a 69-year-old male with microsatellite-instability-high (MSI-H) advanced goblet cell carcinoma of the colon using a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The patient underwent a regimen of FOLFIRINOX and bevacizumab followed by FOLFOX with pembrolizumab, resulting in a complete pathological response and no recurrence at the six-month follow-up.
