This wine is a blend of 50% Cinsault, 30% Syrah, and 20% Cabernet-Sauvignon grapes harvested in September 2009 and fermented in concrete vats between 28-30 degrees Celsius. After malolactic fermentation, the wine rested in concrete vats for 9 months before bottling in July and August 2010. The wine has a ruby red color with violet reflections, a nose of rich red fruits and berries like blueberries and cherries with violets, and a palate dominated by red fruits like cherry and violet with soft, smooth tannin
