This document reports the results of a California Bearing Ratio (CBR) test conducted on soil from the Indonesia Sarulla GPP Project. The test was performed on May 28, 2016 and measured the maximum dry density as 2.204 gm/cm2 and the optimum moisture content as 9.7%. The CBR test subjected soil specimens to incremental loads and measured penetration to determine the CBR value, which was 39.0% at 95% compaction. Swelling was also measured over time, reaching up to 0.3 mm after 96 hours.
