About this document
Grand Ardèche Chardonnay Overview by Paul Flynn is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This Chardonnay originates from the Ardèche region of France located between the southern and northern Rhône Valley. The grapes are grown in limestone-clay soils and undergo the full white Burgundy process including pressing into French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation for 8 to 10 months. On the nose it has scents of baked apple, honey, citrus and butter with flavors of pear, lemon curd, toasted vanilla and mineral on the palate. It is described as very well-made and a great value comp
