What is New Student Group Action Plan about?

Alex Johnston created a small group action plan for new students at Cary High School. The goal is to help new students transition by providing information about the school and a safe space to discuss adjustments. Over four sessions, the group will get to know each other, compare their old and new schools, set goals, and close. Data on 11 projected students will be collected through pre- and post-tests to measure the impact on mindsets, social skills, self-management, and involvement.
