The study investigates the antioxidant potential of mixtures of acacia honey and Cordyceps sinensis, revealing a significant synergistic effect that enhances antioxidant activity. In vitro and in vivo tests demonstrated that increasing concentrations of C. sinensis mycelium improved the antioxidant capacity of the mixtures, particularly at 0.5% concentration. The findings suggest potential applications for these mixtures in developing natural products with enhanced antioxidant and therapeutic properties.
