The 3rd BADAC Regular Meeting was held on March 5, 2019 in Barangay Villaros, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. 16 people attended including the Punong Barangay, Brgy officials, and community leaders. They discussed continuous monitoring and reporting of any drug users or pushers in the barangay. All BADAC members agreed to work together on anti-drug monitoring throughout the year.
