What is PEZA about?

The Regional Trial Court ruled that PEZA is exempt from real property taxes based on provisions of the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995. 3. The City of Lapu-Lapu appealed this decision to the Court of Appeals, which dismissed the appeal. The City then filed a petition for review with the Supreme Court.
