The SP 320 frequency monitoring relay can monitor generator set or equipment frequency and trigger alarms or shutdowns when the frequency exceeds or drops below adjustable thresholds. It has LED indicators to show over or under frequency conditions and a selector switch to choose to monitor just over, just under, or both frequency ranges. The relay has adjustable start-up delay to prevent tripping during initial loading and a 1 second time delay on trip for all conditions.
