This document describes an intelligent wireless talking bus stop system to help blind people determine which bus to take. The system uses RFID technology and consists of an RFID tag at the bus stop that communicates with an RFID receiver and speaker unit carried by the blind traveler. When within 5km of the bus stop, the receiver unit will provide audio information about the bus route and destination to help the blind person know which bus to take. The system has several modules including an RF frame format
