This study evaluates the electrochemical dissolution of conventional and Gold thermomechanically treated nickel-titanium instruments using fluoride and sodium hypochlorite solutions. The results indicate that the fluoride solution (NaF) achieved significantly faster dissolution times (mean of 12.96 seconds) compared to sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) solution (mean of 83.63 seconds). Both solutions effectively dissolved the instruments, but the NaF solution was more efficient in the process.
