Musaas was whispering to Allahazwj in his supplication. Allahazwj said to him: "O Musa, do not have long hopes regarding this world, as that would harden your heart. A hard heart is far from Me." Allahazwj told Musaas to renew his heart by remembering death and the hereafter, and to spend the nights in prayer and be among the patient. Allahazwj advised Musaas to reflect upon the heavens and earth, and to humble himself in supplication.
