This study evaluates the safety and efficacy of the FloWise flow diverter for treating unruptured wide-neck intracranial aneurysms in a multicenter, single-arm trial involving 70 patients. The results showed a complete occlusion rate of 81.2% at 12 months, with no ipsilateral strokes reported and a low incidence of serious adverse events. The findings suggest that FloWise is a safe and effective option for this patient population.
