What is Measuring Knowledge Management Success: Development and Test of a Theory-Based Measuring Model about?

## Abstract Many reports suggest that knowledge management concepts are practically accepted and only detailed questions remain open but this is only partially the case. Nevermore, one is still preoccupied with the question as to how a successful and sustainable integration of knowledge management can be accomplished in corporate practice. Science therefor begins to systematically investigate impacts on success and to develop analysis methods. Success factors which form the basis of KM success measurement in practice are tested using a research design from behavioural science as theoretical foundation.
