Darcy with the help of a former army captain and Bow Street Runner, Christopher (Kit) Marlowe who is masquerading as his valet, accept an invitation to Netherfield Park to begin their investigation among the deceased's family and friends. He meets the grieving Miss Mary Bennet and sparks of many different kinds ignite..
