What is Papers from the Timberline Institute about?
## Papers from the Timberline Institute Every Spring members of the acquisitions community gather at the Timberline Institute to discuss issues of common interest. The topics discussed are usually very current and can represent issues that have not yet been written up as formal research articles. LCATS has had a long relationship with the Timberline Institute, and for the past several years it has been our privilege to publish many of those presentations. This issue contains articles based on three of those presentations. As is our custom with articles based directly on conference presentations the submissions have not been fully peer-reviewed, but are presented here for your information. It is my hope that more of the papers from the 2004 Institute will be published in subsequent issues.
