Can I read Preliminary Evidence for the Intracellular Localization of Luteinizing Hormones in Mammalian Oocytes on EtoBox?

Preliminary Evidence for the Intracellular Localization of Luteinizing Hormones in Mammalian Oocytes by Georgiana Jagiello; Mercedes B. Ducayen is a Environmental Science article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Preliminary Evidence for the Intracellular Localization of Luteinizing Hormones in Mammalian Oocytes about?

## Abstract Preliminary autoradiographic and immunofluorescent evidence is presented which suggests the localization of hLHβ, hCG and oLH within the oocytes of several mammalian species. Specificity of the response is supported by negative observations in the presence of cold hormone or antibodies to other proteins. The mechanism of action of these gonadotrophins in such a site remains to be defined.
