What is Youth Strike Action Plan Overview about?

The document outlines a plan for youth strikes in response to two potential triggers around the 2020 US election: 1) if Trump declares victory before votes are counted or threatens the integrity of the election, and 2) if ballot counting is stopped maliciously or there is a breakdown in the democratic process. If trigger 2 occurs, high school leaders will call for a nationwide youth strike to show such power grabs are illegitimate and make the government ungovernable through mass non-cooperation.
