This study aimed to determine the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract, hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, and water fraction of cardamom leaf (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton). The leaves were extracted with 70% ethanol, then fractionated using hexane, ethyl acetate, and water based on polarity level.
