The Department of Labor and Employment Secretary wrote a letter to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court requesting her support to grant a Rationalization Allowance and Transportation Allowance (RATA) for First Level Clerks of Courts. The Secretary endorsed the matter to the Chief Justice so she could give it favorable consideration in pursuit of social justice. The request for the allowance initially came from a Clerk of Court in Oriental Mindoro.
